With over six years of experience, I blend the Gottman Method with Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners reconnect and deepen intimacy. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences without having to relive every detail. Through something called bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps your brain reprocess stuck memories so they lose their emotional charge and no longer disrupt your daily life. I use vibrating pulsers that clients can hold in their hands and comfortably process with their eyes closed.
